GETTING STARTED

Logging In

1.        Open your web browser and navigate to your POS system URL

2.        Enter your username and password

CASHIER GUIDE (POS OPERATIONS)

1. Starting a Sale

•          Click on the “POS” button in navigation

•          The default customer is “Walk-in Customer”

•          To add a specific customer, click the “+” button next to customer field

2. Adding Products to Sale

Method 1: Barcode Scanning - Connect a barcode scanner to your device - Scan product barcodes to add items automatically

Method 2: Search Products - Type product name or code in the search field - Select product from results - click on Product to added to the cart

Method 3: Browse Categories - Click on category tabs to view products by category - Click on product to add to cart

3. Managing Cart Items

•          Increase quantity: Click “+” button next to item

•          Decrease quantity: Click “-” button next to item

•          Remove item: Click trash icon

•          Change price (if permitted): Click on price and edit

4. Applying Discounts

•          Select item in cart

•          Click “Discount” button

•          Enter discount value

•          Click “Apply”

5. Adding Delivery Fee

•          Click delivery icon in action bar

•          Enter delivery fee amount

•          Add delivery address (optional)

•          Click “Apply”

6. Checkout Process

•          After adding all items, click “Checkout”

•          Review order summary

•          Select payment method:

For Cash Payment: - Enter amount received from customer - System calculates change automatically - Click “Complete Sale”

For Card Payment (Stripe): - Click “Pay with Card” - Enter card details or via CashApp  (both are highly functional ) - Complete transaction

7. Completing Sale

•          Receipt will automatically display after payment

•          Click “Print” to print customer receipt

•          You'll be redirected back to the Pos interface

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

End of Day

1.        Click “Financial” in your dashboard

2.        Select dates and click generate, System will generate PDF closing reports
